Wine Profile:
On the eyes it has a cardinal red.
On the nose it has aromas of red fruits and spices.
On the mouth it has Intense notes of blueberries, blackberries, pepper, liquid violets, and scrubland, with delicate tannins and a nice crisp acidity. Plenty of freshness and tension.
The Syrah is destemmed and stepped on. Fermentation begins and the most mature Cariñena is added for carbonic maceration. Once finished, the wines are assembled.
