Grape Variety: Brut Premiere Cru - 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay
Aging: Vinification: Manual harvest, pressing of whole clusters,
100%. Pure cuvée. Alcoholic fermentation at 17 ˚C and malolactic fermentation,
fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperature controlled. Horizontal aging in traditional chalk cellars for a minimum of 30 months. The wines are left to rest for 2 to 6 additional months after dosage.

The selection is made among our 120 plots that form part of the 19 Hectares of the winery. Between 40 and 50% reserve wines composed of almost 10 vintages are used to guarantee the roundness, complexity and persistence.

On the view it has a pale golden color. Fine and persistent bubble.

On the Nose it has a delicate nose, very fresh, charming complexity.

It is fresh and smooth on the palate. The first impression is of fresh green apples with a touch of white flowers and hazelnuts. Well balanced and persistent finish.
