Wine Profile:
Those vineyards were cared for generations, now forming part of their being and the landscape. Then came the territorial delimitations and designations of origin, being excluded, disqualified, for a few kilometers, sometimes meters. Those vineyards, now centuries old and surviving time, hunger, and the extreme climate of the Altiplano, were left unprotected, orphaned, without a name for any reason. Without origin, without future. At Casa Rojo we believe that the time has come to give it to you, that is why we select and harvest those vineyards near our winery in Paraje de La Raja, producing this wine that we present to you today.
Tasting Notes:

On the view it has a bright ruby red color and thin layer.

On the nose you will feel an aromatic nose of ripe red fruit, with balsamic touches, reminiscent of its Mediterranean forest origin, and slightly spicy, black pepper.

Finally in the mouth, it is more mature, where stewed fruit and spicy notes predominate. It is fresh and unctuous on the palate, with a sweet and slightly roasted finish due to its aging in the barrel.
