- Ripe, round tropical flavors of pineapple and mango are complimented by notes of vanilla and butter.
Wine Profile:
This vintage vintage saw a late harvest with great quality fruit. All grapes were taken directly to press as whole clusters, gently pressed into tanks, cold-settled, racked as clean juice, and fermented over a two-month period at very cool temperatures. Once primary fermentation was completed, select lots of the wine went through a complete secondary fermentation to add a rich, buttery component.
