The Vinho Verde region of Portugal is known for its fresh and fruity wines, and the Casal de Ventozela Alvarinho is no exception. This wine is made from 100% Alvarinho grapes, which are grown in the sub-region of Vale do Ave. The grapes are hand-harvested and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged on its lees for several months to develop its complexity and flavour.
