Wine Profile:

Cherry red color well covered with maroon trim. Notes of cedar and berries in the company of other aromas of fondant chocolate, licorice, and hazelnut, combined with subtle touches of orange peel and mint.

Tasty, expressive, lively, with soft tannins and perfumed aftertaste.

Located in the town of Pioz, in the province of Guadalajara, the winery is surrounded by 14 hectares of its own vineyards, at an altitude of 875 meters above sea level, which include 4 grape varieties that are harvested by hand each year.

Our vineyards were planted in 2008, in a traditional 3 m by 1.5 m formation, a decision that allowed our vines to have enough space for the roots to grow deep into the soil, making it a dry land vineyard, where only They use sustainable winegrowing practices to protect and emphasize the magnificent terroir that gives our wines character and personality.
