Wine Profile:
The 2015 vintage began with a mild winter. At the beginning of spring, especially during the month of April, the temperatures were remarkably high, above normal, which visibly accelerated the sprouting of the vineyard. After a mild spring, the temperature in the months of July and August was especially warm, which helped the grapes to ripen well and be healthy, with below-average rainfall, but the amount that fell in winter guaranteed the correct development of the grapes. phenolic state.
On the view this is a wine of an intense bright red color, almost carmine, with intense violet hues.
On the nose it has a high intensity, black fruit compote with notes of cocoa, mocha and vanilla.
Finally on the palate it brings us memories of stewed black fruit.
